OR Tambo International Airport will have a new four-star plus hotel in time for the World Cup. The fast-growing Premier Hotel group is opening a 280-room hotel 500m from the Gautrain station and 1.2km from the airport terminals in March, at a cost of more than R300 million. It will have a large conference centre with nine conference rooms and board rooms, able to accommodate 800 delegates.
